Personal Logo Reflection

Here is the personal logo that I created for our skills in Adobe Illustrator Assignment. I am really impressed with the way it turned out and am glad I overcame the Illustrator learning curve quicker than I expected. This was my first time working in Adobe Illustrator so getting used to how the pen tool worked was a bit tough in the beginning but I got the hang of it. I love the way it turned out as I got to use some of my favorite colors and a unique style of lettering I couldn’t do on a traditional program.

This was my original concept art of what I wanted my logo to look like and I was pleasantly surprised how accurate my Illustrator design was to this original concept. I am not sure how I will use Illustrator in the future, but I find it to be a fun tool that I could see myself playing around with in my future. Now will I say this program is easy, probably not, but like all Adobe programs there is a learning curve which becomes easier the more programs you use.
